If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy is as follows:
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items purchased during sale or clearance are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Customized or altered abayas cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Process
• Contact our customer service team at contact@artaalofficial.com to request a return or exchange.
• Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
• Once approved, you may send the item back to our designated address in Qatar.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• If the desired item is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.
